Parts Customer Support Administrator
Responsible for providing customer service and support to all export and OE customers including, but not limited to, ASC customers in the Caribbean, Central America and South America, General Motors, Vauxhall, etc.
Acts as primary agent for coordinating and documenting activity relating to parts orders from established Isuzu dealers/distributors outside the United States. Collects funds in advance and tracks open orders and balances. Coordinates transportation and creates export documentation, as required. Communicates with IAAI, as necessary.
Acts as the customer interface for OE customers including, but not limited to, General Motors, Honda, Ingersoll-Rand, Thermoking, Case, etc.
Acts as a primary agent for validating, coordinating and documenting activity relating to parts orders from both dealers and individuals for special non-U.S. parts support to U.S. vehicles no longer in this country.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent directly-related work experience. Minimum two years experience, preferably in import/export or customer support, is required. Knowledge of Inventory control principles and transportation knowledge strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Windows applications (Word and Excel). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (Bilingual) required. Must also have the ability to travel to foreign countries. Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills also required.
