Service Planning Specialist
Develops service manuals, bulletins, and other service communication media by coordinating with internal and external parties. Analyzes dealer/ICTA’s requests, and plans and develops new service communication/commercial program. Creates and maintains IsuzuTruckService.com content with outsourced suppliers ParTech and Helm.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering/Manufacturing or related discipline, or equivalent directly related work experience and a minimum of three years related experience including dealer service and parts operation at a wholesale level. Must have a solid understanding of manufacturing process, warranty process, service readiness, and service support requirements from wholesale environment and impact to dealer or manufacture operation. Also must possess knowledge of related regulations such as Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard and Environmental Protection Agency requirements. Proficient PC skills in Windows applications, excellent written and verbal communication skills and good presentation skills are required. This position requires approximately 10-15% travel, domestic and international, including overnight stays.
