Responsible for the implementation and coordination of all service & parts programs and policies with distributors, dealers, and OEMs. Provides technical assistance to distributors, dealers, OEMs, and end users to assure Isuzu service availability, capability, and customer acceptance.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive and Heavy Equipment Management, Diesel Technology, Automotive Technology, or equivalent directly related work experience. Minimum three years similar level and related experience, preferably with an engine manufacturer. Knowledge of diesel engine construction and operating principles. Basic knowledge of electronic engine controls, diagnostics, and service tools. Understanding of service and parts operations including warranty systems and claims. Knowledge of customer relations. Proficient PC skills in all Windows applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective negotiation and problem resolution skills. Position requires travel up to 40%, including domestic and international.
