If you have a problem with your new Isuzu vehicle we encourage you to bring it to our attention by calling the Isuzu Owner Relations Department at (800) 255-6727. If we are unable to resolve the problem, you may file a claim with the BBB Auto Line.
To learn about filing a claim with BBB Auto Line, call (800) 955-5100. When filing a claim, you will have to provide the following information:
- Your name and address
- Vehicle model and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- Statement of the nature of the problem
If you file a claim with BBB Auto Line, BBB staff may try to help resolve the dispute through mediation. If mediation is not successful, or if you do not wish to participate in mediation, eligible customers may present their case to an impartial third party arbitrator at an informal hearing. The arbitrator will render a decision in your case; the decision is not binding on you, and you may accept or reject it. The entire dispute settlement will ordinarily take about 40 days from the date you file your claim to the time a decision is rendered.
Additional information on BBB Auto Line and information on how to obtain owner assistance is found in the Warranty Information Booklet and Owner's Manual provided with every new Isuzu vehicle. You may also contact the BBB at (800) 955-5100 or visit the BBB Web site at http://www.bbb.org. Note that state laws may require you to use this program before filing a claim with a state-run arbitration program or in the courts.
