Technical Service Trainer

Responsible for conducting, coordinating, and implementing a comprehensive commercial vehicle service training program for all dealerships in Central America & Caribbean (in both Spanish & English) and internal employees. Business Development Specialist

Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsible for all quality assurance programs to ensure vehicle quality and port operations are being maintained according to Isuzu North America Corporation standards. Conducts port of entry audits to ensure that recommended policies for parts handling and storage, vehicle storage and condition, truck and rail loading, and installation procedures for P.I.O. accessories meet all requirements as specified in the QSM policy and procedure manual. Parts Supply Planner I

Acts as focal point for all daily inter-organizational activities related to service parts inventory control. Maintains optimum inventory levels of service parts and accessories to satisfy all dealer body demands for all sales entities. Responsible for maintaining a target service level to customers while maintaining optimum inventory levels/months of supply. Reviews, analyzes, and maintains optimum inventory levels of groups of parts using all available tools; i.e., DRP, PII, and various system generated warning and maintenance reports.
